
The French believe that taking the time to eat
and enjoy the food we love is actually a recipe
for health. They consider health as a whole
picture where all elements count - physical,
emotional, nutritional, aesthetic.
In this unique one-on-one or small group
sessions program, I will provide nutritional
knowledge and offer you my personal and
professional experience relative to these
principles of French health. The goal of
Harmonie is to put this knowledge into practice
and integrate it harmoniously into your daily
life. I will coach you through gradual eating
and lifestyle changes and show you how to
improve your cooking skills.
More than a successful weight loss program,
Harmonie reestablishes a nutritional equilibrium
which is linked to strong immune system defenses
and general preventive health.
There are two Programs

A Two hour session:
During this - on site- tour of your kitchen
we will evaluate what's working, what's not and
why. We will determine what is best for your
day-to-day needs, examine and simplify your equipment, clean up your pantry and
replenish it with a variety of healthy food.
I will give you tips on how to make shopping
easy and fun. You will also see how to plan
healthy and delicious menus in no time.
We will talk about cooking with fresh herbs and
I will give you new ideas about menus and
inspire you to cook.

A Four week program - two
hours per week:
Over the course of this four week program we
will analyze your unique relationship with time, define your goals about nutrition and
healthy eating, set priorities and design
a more effective structure to deal with
your everyday meals. You will learn how to organize and have fun in your kitchen (see
description in the two hour session, above),
practice planning for fast, healthy and
delicious menus. Then I will show you how
to store and avoid wasting food forever. Finally
we will have fun cooking together. During
the program we will design for you a reasonable
exercise program that you could easily
fit in your daily life.
Over the course of this four week program I
will encourage you and support you by
prescribing weekly assignments, keeping
our goal manageable, answering specific
questions and helping you to get past obstacles
you encounter along the way. |
